Company to benefit from increased international reach and resources

Graham Technology, a provider of customer-oriented business software and services, today announced it has been acquired by international IT company, SWORD Group. It is expected that the acquisition will help drive global uptake of Graham Technology's flagship customer interaction platform, ciboodle.

With offices in 16 countries, SWORD employs over 2000 people worldwide and has expertise in sectors including banking, insurance, energy and telecoms. Through the acquisition, Graham Technology will be able to utilise SWORD's resources to maximise its geographic reach through the Group's extensive international presence.

"We are delighted to be joining the SWORD Group - a move that will underpin our growth and allow us to build upon our success in recent years," said Mike Hughes, Managing Director, Graham Technology. The acquisition is one of SWORD's largest and most strategic to date, and ciboodle provides the group with an exciting new technology product that is already deployed in multiple locations across the world.
